A leading provider of supply chain solutions to the healthcare industry seeks experienced candidates for the position of Senior Program Manager- Product Development in Cincinnati, OH.
We are recruiting a highly talented, motivated Senior Program Manager to work with senior leadership to manage the development of new products and programs. The ideal candidate would have product design and manufacturing experience, PM certification, strong written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be an execution focused leader. This position will work cross functionally with all internal departments to help plan, structure, and deliver our inventory management hardware and software to the market in a comprehensive program, designed to meet our client’s needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments to coordinate efforts from product development to market launch, including formalizing and documenting communication plans.
- Monitor and control all project deliverables while continually identifying and addressing project issues or risks.
- Lead cross-functional Project Teams, within a matrix environment, successfully driving projects to completion.
- Coordinate and lead core team meetings, design reviews, milestone reviews, and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as the primary point of communication between project team and stakeholders to cohesively align with other departments.
- Proactively analyze and provide suggestions for improvements related to project management processes, tools, and resources.
- Work with internal departments and customers to lead process mapping exercises, and to develop best practice recommendations.
- Support all other activities, projects and tasks as deemed necessary

Required Education, Credentials and Experience
- Four-year degree, MBA a plus
- New product development, brand management, or supply chain management experience
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage ambiguity
- Experience planning multiple workstreams and leading cross functional teams
- Demonstrated success on leading without authority in a matrix work environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify an internal or customer need and create a solution
