This role involves managing both internal and external communication and marketing strategies to promote our brand. You'll be responsible for creating marketing materials that highlight our culture and values and for managing multiple projects across different teams. Your duties include creating various types of content, such as articles and webinars, and planning and coordinating events. You'll also manage our social media platforms, develop SEO strategies, and improve our website to enhance our brand's presence.

• Act as the marketing expert guiding the teams on effective marketing and communication strategy by creating marketing materials for employees and external audiences that support Maximus’ brand messaging, such as employee value proposition, culture, and em
• Support brand storytelling by strategizing, creating, and managing thought leadership articles, podcasts, webinars, videos, website content, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Support planning and managing event activities, including logistics, promotions, and internal and external engagements.
• Develop employee-facing materials and provide internal teams with relevant tools and assets and manage cross-functional projects involving shared services departments and corporate communications teams.
• Support social media efforts (including paid and organic engagement) like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Creating, managing, and reporting effective SEO optimization and website strategies.
• Developing test strategies, measuring and monitoring performance, and making strategic recommendations to improve creative and program performance.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ Years

• Proven creative writing and storytelling methods.
• Past experience with internal and external communications campaigns.
• Website, SEO, and paid advertisement experience.
• Preferred experience with email and social content management tools, like Poppulo and Sprinklr.
• Leverages current technologies, such as artificial intelligence tools, in the content creation process to enhance productivity and generate ideas.
