Position: Sr Analyst, Marketing Analytics
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: $50-55/hr.
Duration: 6+ contract (Possibility of Conversion or Extension)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.
- As a Senior Analyst for Marketing Analytics, you will work together across the Marketing & Loyalty. This role is pivotal in enhancing our marketing efforts through expert handling of data tagging, meticulous data validation, and insightful ad hoc analysis. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming data into actionable insights to drive marketing strategy and business decisions. This role requires building strong, constructive, consulting relationships with Global Brand Marketing to achieve marketing goals at the hotel and corporate levels. You will strive to identify process efficiencies in assignments, helping to contribute to the organization. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and working well across a marketing matrix is a requirement.

EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree ideally with focus in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Insights or Consumer Loyalty is required.
- Previous experience working in a corporate marketing role or for an agency
- Strong excel and SQL skills. Alteryx a plus and can be learned on the job.
- Experience working with different analytical problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Strong social skills and communication skills
- Working cross-functionally within a corporate matrixed environment, including with different levels of personnel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
