We are a growing HVAC Company, looking to bring on an Estimator. Specifically, we are looking for someone with HVAC experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Responsible for estimating, purchasing, submittal review and job coordination.
• Accurately estimate plans & specifications to design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Evaluate plans & specifications, and have the ability to identify discrepancies and have an understanding of how to address them accordingly

Requirements:

• 3+years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel locally as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
