Join our Extraordinary Team:

Our OneSource division is expanding and looking to add a Senior HR Generalist to our client facing HR team. This role is highly visible and requires excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, and the ability to become a trusted resource and advisor to our clients. You will join a group of similarly minded HR professionals who act as a professional sounding board and support system. Our team focuses on learning together, and in HR, we are always learning!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Function as the primary Human Resources Generalist contact for client companies
  • Conduct on-boarding meetings for new hires using video calls and screen sharing
  • Process benefit plan enrollments and terminations and administer COBRA
  • Administer leaves of absence such as FMLA, Workers Comp, STD
  • Create, update, and interpret employment policies
  • Provide guidance on adherence to employment practices and policies
  • Maintain employee files, benefits enrollment information, payroll records, and all other employment related records
  • Write memos, create documents, and complete forms to meet our internal as well as our client’s needs
  • Respond to requests for employee information from client management, client’s other service providers, outside agencies, and third parties.
  • Provide administrative support including document management, spreadsheet updating, data verification, filing, copying, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Ability to work in office a minimum of two days per week (Lisle, IL)
  • Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience
  • BS Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Exceptionally strong writing ability and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytic and data management skills using Excel
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Must have HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
