Role Description

As the Senior Guest Services Representative, the main objective will be to provide a smooth and positive customer experience through every interaction. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and concerns, creatively troubleshooting and assisting guests and the team to ensure arrival goes seamlessly, maximize sales opportunities through upselling techniques, take initiative and be a team player, and provide great customer service because you genuinely care about the guest's experiences. Our ideal candidate has the desire to grow and become an integral leader of our guest relations team.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Strong focus on Customer Experience
• Precision-oriented; meticulous and thorough
• Sales skills, with an ability to recognize and maximize upon upselling opportunities
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult guests and complaints
• Experience with property management platforms or hospitality software is a plus
• Quick learner and extremely tech-savvy
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
• Participate in our on-call (paid) and weekend rotation
• As needed, assist in other areas of the business; our team is small, be ready to jump in where needed and be a supportive team player
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to reasonably commute to Nashville
• Positive Attitude
• Minimum 55 WPM preferred
