Classful.com is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on software development experience and a comprehensive understanding of modern frameworks and technologies, including React, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS/SASS, MySQL, and Linux-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:::

Frontend Development:

1. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented CSS/SASS code.
2. Implement dynamic, interactive features using jQuery or React.
3. Optimize UI/UX for performance and responsiveness.

Backend Development:

1. Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Laravel.
2. Work with MySQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
3. Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end integration.

WordPress Development:

1. Build custom WordPress themes and plugins.
2. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing WordPress websites.
3. Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

Collaboration & Leadership:

1. Act as Senior developer, mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
2. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
3. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, and advocate for their adoption.

Qualifications:::

Required Experience:

1. Bachelors Degree/certification in computer science or equivalent work experience.
2. 5+ years of professional experience with PHP, and WordPress.
3. 5+ years of MySQL database design and optimization.
4. Proficiency in CSS/SASS, and responsive design principles.
5. Solid experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks including jQuery and React.
6. Hands-on experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
7. Experience in Linux server environments, including basic administration and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong understanding of OOP principles and MVC architecture.
2. Experience with version control systems (Git)
3. Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
4. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities to solve complex problems.
5. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web standards.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Remote Work Requirements

1. Permanently reside in the Las Vegas valley area (Las Vegas, Henderson, or North Las Vegas NV)
2. Able to meet in office at least once a week
3. Have reliable high speed internet connectivity
4. A dedicate workspace free from distraction
