As a Senior Frontend Web Developer at LPT Realty, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with our backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless and user-friendly experiences. Proficiency in Vue.js and JavaScript is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain complex web applications using Vue.js and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform code reviews, and contribute to improving the overall code quality.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and integrate them into the development process as appropriate.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications (applicants without a portfolio will not be considered).

- Proficiency in Vue.js and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of their core principles.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Pinia.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with modern build tools and development processes (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Experience with version control system, Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate technologies.

- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Experience with Laravel is a plus.
