We are a growing Construction Company, looking to bring on a Senior Estimator to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Responsible for estimating, purchasing, submittal review and job coordination.
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Evaluate plans & specifications, and have the ability to identify discrepancies and have an understanding of how to address them accordingly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of estimating experience
• 2+ years of ground-up experience
• Commercial experience - K-12, healthcare, Life Sciences, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel locally as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
