SAPinsider is seeking a hands-on professional for our client delivery team who is accountable for managing our valuable customer relationships and ensuring we deliver best-in-class customer experiences, from onboarding through renewal. The candidate must be passionate about marketing services, client delivery and actively engaging with internal cross-functional teams to ensure that clients receive the highest level of value from our marketing service programs.

The Senior Client Marketing Manager reports directly to Chief Client Officer.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Client Marketing Campaign Delivery

1. Building relationships across all marketing functions across all clients including event marketing, content marketing, lead generation marketing and advertising.
2. Work with client marketing teams on event and content sponsorship.
3. Demonstrate to clients measurable ROI from lead generation, website and email marketing campaigns.
4. Achieve revenue, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction goals for each client.
5. Lead new client and renewal client kick off calls and program planning.
6. Onboard each client to the Performance Insights marketing service platform assuring continuous usage and engagement with marketing campaign results.
7. Conduct monthly/quarterly campaign reviews with each client to assure value realization and address any challenges observed.
8. Conduct lead analysis, data scrub, results reporting, and delivery to clients for all campaigns.
9. Deliver measurable marketing ROI results reporting to clients.

Professional Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Ability to build lasting relationships with B2B enterprise technology marketing leaders.
2. Proven ability to build and manage a high-performance client delivery in a marketing services environment.
3. Direct experience with event sponsorship programs.
4. Strong understanding of list targeting and email campaign management.
5. Experience in delivering content webinars to drive leads.
6. Hands-on experience with website ad serving, conversions, and web traffic metrics.
7. Direct user experience with Email Software, Webinar Platforms, HTML, CSS, social media platforms, Google Ad Manager, and marketing analytics.
8. Excellent project skills with experience in SmartSheets or comparable preferred.
9. Exceptional written and speaking communication skills.
10. BA or equivalent in marketing, communications a business discipline preferred.

Compensation
