Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global digital marketing team. As an SEO/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our global Search Engine Marketing Strategy across multiple, country corporate websites supporting CBRE’s commercial real estate services and property marketing channels.  You will also help research, recommend and manage paid media campaigns both internally and in collaboration with our external agencies. This encompasses both organic search as well as paid traffic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

Work with the Director of Growth & Innovation, regional and global marketing leadership as well as digital marketing teams, manage the development, implementation and on-going improvement of CBRE’s Global SEO, paid media and digital marketing strategies.

Delivery

Implement SEO / SEM strategies for the business including:

 

  • Optimize and manage CBRE corporate websites in accordance with SEO and Brand content guidelines. This will include working alongside the Digital & Technology team to implement and maintain technical SEO best practices as well as recommendations for improvement
  • Work with the CBRE marketing teams and business stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations on SEO considerations for CBRE corporate websites
  • Monitor and report on performance, working with the global analytics team to constantly measure, improve and inform forward strategy for corporate website, SEO, and associated paid campaigns
  • Work with the global digital, content marketing, and business teams on an ongoing basis to: 

 

  1. identify areas of opportunity including gap analysis and competitive analysis
  2. optimize content for corporate website and campaign landing pages, including property marketing, research, blog and service line content – for both organic search and paid traffic channels where and when applicable
  • Use creative ways to educate the marketing community and business to advocate for the importance of SEO, paid media and innovative digital marketing best practice
  • Advise regional and global digital marketing team members on functional and technical improvements to our global digital marketing platform
  • Assess opportunities for campaign-specific SEM, landing page optimization (paid vs. organic), and recommend options to stakeholders
  • Manage adwords as needed 

This role will evolve and the successful candidate is expected to identify other areas of opportunity to further develop our  SEO and SEM strategy, delivery and digital presence.
