Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Technical Lead or Sr Developer with 5+ years of design/development experience and at least 3 full life cycle Project implementations
2. 2 years of mandatory project experience in OmniStudio with extensive development using Omniscripts, Flexcards, Data Mappers and Integration Procedures
3. At least 2 years of experience in Public Sector Solution (PSS) & Experience Cloud
4. At least 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) Development & Apex Programming, Batch Apex, Test Classes
5. Should have 1+ year of experience working in project with one of the data tools – Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export and Mass Data Activity
6. Hands on Experience in SFDC Integration using SOAP/REST API, JSON Parsing.
7. Must have experience working with Onshore-Offshore model with Teams at multiple locations

Desirable Skills:

1. Salesforce Case Management & advanced concepts
2. Knowledge of Continuous Integration (Deployment) using Copado DevOps Platform or equivalent.
3. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
4. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
5. Should have adequate trouble shooting skills to carryout RCA and Bug fixing.
6. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
