1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and integrations.
3. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation.
4. Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, SFDX, ANT.
5. Experience with version control systems and branching/merging strategies.
6. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and governor limits.
7. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, DevOps Specialist, Application Architect are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Unlocked Packages.
2. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3. Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
4. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
