Job Title: Salesforce Developer – APEX & LWC (Finance/SOX Domain)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support and enhance our finance-related Salesforce applications. This role requires a strong understanding of SOX compliance, accounting processes, and data-driven development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

1. 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong command of APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
2. Experience working with or supporting finance/accounting teams or processes
3. Good understanding of SOX compliance and related internal controls in a technical context
4. Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets, especially for audit or reconciliation processes
5. Strong communication skills and experience working in large, matrixed organizations
6. Ability to lead initiatives, drive solutions independently, and deliver high-quality code under compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with SOX audit readiness, control execution, and scoping
2. Exposure to automation technologies like RPA, bots, or process orchestration tools
3. Familiarity with finance operational controls and reporting workflows
