As our Salesforce Developer in our IT department, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical and functional team members to produce code that adheres to the best practices and database solutions.
Daily Tasks:

  • Configure lightning prototypes and demos.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Design and develop standard and custom components in the Lightning framework.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for building scalable solutions.
  • Understand company demands and translate them into design specifications.
  • Serve as primary system administrator/developer for the Salesforce environment with over 320 users and multiple department-specific platforms.
  • Housekeeping tasks to keep the org clean and organized

Your Skills:

  • 5 years minimum experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I and II, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience developing page layouts user permissions, object, and data permissions.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Able to deploy Apex Classes.
  • Experience with refactoring automation. (Workflow Rules, Process builders, etc.)
  • Ability to understand large amounts of data and translate into graphs and charts.
  • Able to plan, build, test and deploy new integrations.
