Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Summit Point Roofing. This role will be pivotal in supporting both the sales and marketing functions of our business, working closely with the sales team to enhance lead generation efforts and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns that promote our roofing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a creative mindset to help us elevate our brand and reach new customers.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Coordination:

1. Coordinate, schedule and track sales appointments, ensuring all client meetings are scheduled and prepared for.
2. Assist the sales team in managing leads and customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining accurate records.
3. Maintain a CRM system to track prospects, client communications, and sales activities.
4. Support in the preparation and submission of roofing proposals, quotes, and contract documentation.

Marketing Support:

1. Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials for trade shows and business development
2. Coordinate ordering and distribution of company apparel
3. Support in marketing duties as assigned

Customer Engagement & Communication:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to sales and marketing campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth communication with existing clients and prospects.
3. Support the execution of customer loyalty programs, referral incentives, and follow-up communications.

Event & Promotion Coordination:

1. Plan and coordinate marketing events such as local trade shows, roofing expos, and customer appreciation events.
2. Manage promotional materials and branded items for events and customer meetings.
3. Assist in the creation and distribution of seasonal promotions and special offers.
4. Manage memberships trade/vendor partner affiliations

Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
3. A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
4. Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve sales and marketing efforts.
5. Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a service-based industry
6. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
8. Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to job sites, meetings, or events.
2. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move materials as needed for events or marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
