Moonwake Games is a tabletop game shop looking for a reliable and personable candidate to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect game, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

You don't need to have prior knowledge of trading card and tabletop games, but a passion for them is a plus! You will be trained to become familiar with the games we carry and be able to provide recommendations and advice to customers.

At Moonwake Games, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for our customers is of the utmost importance. As a Customer Specialist, you will be the face of our store and will be responsible for making sure that every customer feels valued and appreciated. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, and ensure that our customers have a great experience, whether it's through friendly conversation, product recommendations, or providing helpful tips and tricks.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly and has a great attitude. Someone who is able to work well in a team and can adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
