Role:
Retail Media Campaign Manager: Responsible for managing general activities related to retail media planning, buying, executing, and optimizing the performance of media campaigns. You will work with key retail media platforms such as Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Kroger, Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc., as well as seek out emerging retailers & platforms that can help our clients reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee end to end management of retail media campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives.
-Implement and optimize campaign structures, targeting and creatives to align with overall marketing objectives
-Ensure new account set-ups, account transitions and overall management of all aspects of client retail media ad platforms as well as internal Skai account
-Utilize strong analytics skills to develop insightful reporting that includes KPIs and actionable recommendations.
-Regularly assess and adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize budgets and maximize KPIs define in client strategies (ROAS,TACoS, NTB, CTR, CNVR)
-Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple retailers and devices
-Develop campaign strategies to increase online visibility
-Implement budget optimization strategies based on performance metrics and pacing results
-Provide leadership on industry trends, new features and emerging opportunities on retail media platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
-2+ years of prior experience launching and managing retail and digital media campaigns
-Expertise in Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect
-Strong working knowledge in Target, Kroger, Instacart, and other retail media networks
-Proven working experience with 3rd party providers for retailers (citrusAd, Criteo, Catalina, Ground Truth, Neptune, etc…)
-Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other relevant digital marketing practices.
-Experience in Skai/ Kenshoo platform with working knowledge of other ad servicing tools (Pacvue)
-Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, and display advertising campaigns
-Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
