Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research and Evaluation Associate located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for remote work. The Research and Evaluation Associate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing and interpreting data, evaluating programs, and developing actionable insights that inform the development of sustainable policy and practice solutions.

Qualifications

• Data Analysis, Research, and Program Evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Doctoral degree in a related field such as sociology, psychology, public health, or statistics
• Experience conducting research on racial justice and/or experience working in diverse communities is preferred
• Proficiency in statistical software and/or programming languages (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, Stata) is a plus
