Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client experience
• Research and recommend vacation destinations to clients
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities
• Prepare quotes and review with clients in order to close bookings
• Participate in various marketing activities
• Attend daily training and webinars
• Complete certification training curriculums and attain specialization certifications
• Book online domestic and international travel packages including cruises, hotel, air, car, and activities
• Create itineraries
• Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event
• Participate at networking events to find new clients
• Continue to build more client relationships, encourage repeat bookings and gain referrals
