You should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. This role involves planning holidays, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, and managing large-scale events.
You will be trained to sell cruises, resorts, concerts, hotels, car rentals, flights and tickets to many different events (theme parks, sporting events, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Have knowledge of the travel industry.
- Provide advice on destinations, hotels, and transportation.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for customers.
- Keep up to date with the latest travel deals and promotions.
- Be able to use a variety of computer software programs to book travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage large-scale events including conferences and retreats.
- Provide customers with information on visas, passports, currency exchange rates, and other travel-related topics.
- Collect payments and create payment plans for clients.
