Responsibilities

• Design and manage campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, etc)
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote products and services
• Collaborate with other departments to create compelling content and promotional materials
• Track and assess campaign performance. Offer suggestions to improve optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs and preferences
• Organize and order promotional materials
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance marketing effort
• Report directly to the Client Success Team Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc), and email marketing
• Some travel REQUIRED
• Reliable high-speed internet connection REQUIRED.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
• Exemplify professionalism at all times to ensure effective communication and a positive work environment.
