This is a contract, remote role for a Regional Advisor at College Athlete Advantage. The Regional Advisor will be responsible for helping families navigate the college recruiting process in their assigned geographic region. The Regional Advisor will provide personalized guidance and support throughout the recruiting journey, including college research, communication with coaches, and decision-making advice. The Regional Advisor will work closely with CAA's technology and support teams to deliver exceptional service to families.

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Coach Education, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in college recruiting, coaching, or related field
• Demonstrated understanding of the college recruiting process, including NCAA rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for helping student-athletes achieve their goals
• Experience using recruiting technology platforms, such as Front Rush and CaptainU, is a plus
