We are recruiting a Regional Vice President of Sales - East for a Security Operations and Incident Response vendor who has developed a modern SOC platform that automates the threat detection and response cycle

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the RVP of the East will be responsible for leading a team of 5-7 "A players" in this region to ensure that they are best positioned to execute and change the industry. Now, looking for a leader to help build and manage the strategy going forward.

This company is led by an executive team who have had 2 successful exits, is backed by top-tier VC firms and prominent industry executives, while also having multiple Fortune 2000-100 logos.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 12+ years of Enterprise sales/security experience
• History of working in/with SOC teams and similar technologies like SIEM
• Proven track record of building/leading successful teams in a Pre-IPO environment
• A hands-on, team-oriented mentality

What is an offer:

• $380,000-$450,000K OTE (depending on best fit)
• Stock Options
• Accelerators, non-recoverable draw
