Account Manager would be responsible for revenue generated from Commercial
sector with estimate 200 accounts. The role would be required to engage with the
customers to create need and drive Trend Micro Revenues from the assigned
territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Develop a trusted Security advisor relationship with customer
Ability to create and identify customer need or paint and work within to
solution capability to deliver the solution and services
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal
and external stakeholders (example channel/distributor, pre-sales, post sales
and marketing)
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Timely provide revenue forecast accuracy
Work experience requirements:
Multiple years of relevant Sales Experience and prefer few years in Security
Industry.
Exposure to both End Customer Environments and Channels
Ability to sell Value to CIO, able to sell in complex multiple customer scenario and
able to showcase technical and sales expertise as applicable
Proven Account Management Experience in commercial sector
Past Track Record of ability to build revenues in a challenging external
environment, self motivated and revenues achievement DNA
Team Player with a very high ability to leverage internal and external resources
towards a common objective – high organization agility requirements
High Ethics and Integrity requirements
Good Communication and Presentation Skills are integral to the job
