The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and systems support to the recruitment team. The Recruiting Coordinator will help attract talented staff to support our mission. They will assist in facilitating the movement of candidates through the candidate lifecycle while promoting a high-touch candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field (1-2 years of recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
Strong computer, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience and knowledge working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and on a team in a virtual environment
Responsibilities:
Post requisitions to internal and external job boards
Source and attract candidates
Evaluate and screen resumes
Perform first-round video screenings for candidates
Conduct reference checks
Work closely with managers and the HR team through the recruitment process
Identify viable candidates and conduct effective outreach through creative outlets (i.e., job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future job opportunities
