Position Summary: The Record Center Staff will manage retrieving and maintaining classified records within the record warehouse. They will be responsible for moving records back and forth using several different tools like ladders, forklifts, and other things.

Essential Duties:

• Performing document check-in, check-out, process initiation, document preparation, scanning, capture quality control, reconstruction, indexing, index quality control, rework, correspondence preparation and handling applicable to the function.

Requirements:

• An active/current TS/SCI Lifestyle Polygraph

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and assimilate information rapidly and use it to make timely and accurate decisions.
• Ability to work effectively on a computer workstation.
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
• Good interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work well as a team member.
• 0-2 years performing the duties of the position: Level A
• 2-4 years performing the duties of the position: Level B
• 4+ years preforming the duties of the position: Level C
