This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced React.js Sr. Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative development team.
 

As the React.js Sr. Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, development, and maintenance

of our React.js applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project deadlines are met, and drive the technical excellence of

our React.js projects.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of React.js developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

2. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

3. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment of React.js applications.

4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company guidelines.

5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving technical challenges and promoting continuous learning and improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature enhancements, bug fixes, and technical debt to ensure high-quality,

pixel-perfect UI implementation.

7. Monitor and analyze application performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in React.js development, and evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks. 9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the development team
 

Desired Candidate Skills::
 

1. 5+ years of professional experience in web application development, with a strong focus on React.js. 2. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. 3. In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles, with hands-on experience in building complex and scalable React.js applications. 4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes. 5. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. 6. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, etc. 7. Experience in NextJS or other frameworks and server-side rendering. 8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 10.Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide team members. 11. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Key Skills: 1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript 2.
