Company Portfolio: Hiring for Well Established Software Development firm

We are currently looking for a strong and good mid-level react native developer with minimum of 3 years of experience. As A React Native Developer, you will be working as part of a small team and will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.

Responsibilities

Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.

Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs

Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience

Building reusable components for future use

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Learn and understand user interactions

Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers • Integrate third-party API's

Write unit and integration tests

Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores

Work with native modules when required

Complete two-week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups

Assist with building estimates

Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email

Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Requirements

Minimum BS in Software Engineering or Equivalent, from a reputable institution

Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience with React Native as core technology and a firm understanding of Node JS/Backend services Experience with typescript, Redux and React State Management

Experience with Firebase and Firestore and multiple firebase services

Have published at least two apps using react native technology

An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them

Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
Generating fresh concepts
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

Bachelors in visual studies or media sciences
3-4 years of experience in graphic designing/creative
Portfolio with design projects
Proven work experience as a graphic designer
Working experience with Adobe suite (e.g. Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator)
A keen eye for visual details and aesthetics
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
Ability to work through new and complex React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed

Strong English skills (both verbal and written) and can communicate effectively to both technical as well as non-technical people

Additional nice to have’s

Experience working with and within large international companies • Experience in complex React Native issues and ability to contribute to libraries as needed

Experience with Mobex, Firestore, Google cloud functions and Expo Application Services (automated builds )
