Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Project Lead to join our dynamic Creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the quality assurance process across various marketing and advertising materials—including digital, video, and print content. Your expertise in proofreading, project coordination, and stakeholder communication will ensure every creative asset meets the highest standards before being published or distributed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for maintaining creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proofread and review marketing content to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
  2. Verify implementation of stakeholder-requested revisions before final delivery.
  3. Coordinate a structured four-round proofing process (two internal + two stakeholder reviews).
  4. Collaborate with writers, designers, content leads, and stakeholders to drive timely approvals.
  5. Manage version control of creative assets and monitor proof statuses to keep projects on track.
  6. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure reviews are completed within established timelines.
  7. Address and facilitate simple revisions; escalate complex edits to appropriate team leads.
  8. Lead quality onboarding for new team members and coach existing staff on QA best practices.
  9. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, organization, and adherence to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, advertising, creative writing, or English.
  2. 4+ years of experience in a quality assurance, copy editing, or creative project coordination role.
  3. Exceptional written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced creative environment.
