You'll be part of an important construction company located in Miami with projects in the 3 counties. Specialized in Luxury / High End Commercial (Projects between 1M to 50M), Restaurants, Hotels, Retail, Residential, among others. Over 35 years in the market.

Responsibilities

Report significant situations to the Project Executive / Vice President and prepare Weekly / Bi-weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

Reviews and evaluates documentation related to the planning, site, design, construction, and contract management.

Evaluate approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule.

Control budget and schedule.

Supports with preconstruction and estimating throughout project

Responsible for all pay applications.

Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record situations, activities and commitments.

Support and lead project schedule.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

5-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in High End Interiors, Commercial, Retail, Luxury Homes, Club Houses, Hotels, ground up / renovations.

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Construction Software's skills are important. Procore, etc.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $100,000 - 130,000 base plus benefits, performance bonus, allowances, and other perks.
