We seek a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to fill the role or assist with the role generally known as Project Manager. This role would involve large- and medium-sized commercial projects requiring wood framing and structural steel. The exact role of this individual will depend on the desire, skills, and abilities (GWC) of the applicant, but will be involved in all aspects of a project.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• cost tracking
• material flow management & logistics (more challenging than it sounds)
• invoice review and approval
• billings
• scheduling
• RFI management
• submittal review
• shop drawing review
• attend weekly project meetings with customer
• project administration
