Duties
-Responsible for securing projects to bid, reviewing project plans and specifications
-Read blueprints, create material takeoffs, and coordinate projects internally
-Perform contract buyout activities
-Handle submittal coordination between all involved parties
-Communicate with material vendors to determine availability and lead times
-Provide project updates, revisions, and prepare change orders as needed
-Maintain strong line of communication
-Manage job costing software impute
-accurately interpret data for progress made and milestones to be met
-Self motivated mindset & the ability to work well as an individual or with a team
-Ensue that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Experience
-Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
-Field experience or project management experience in the industry
-Strong organizational skills and verbal communication abilities
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Skills
-Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and job costing software
-Learn and use Procore Plan Service
-Experience with Agtek 4-D, On-Screen and Bluebeam
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to create clear and concise project documentation including project plans and status reports
- Ability to analyze existing processes and design improved workflows for increased efficiency
-Ability to effectively present project updates, change orders, and submittals
