Program coordinator III

Location: Remote

Duration: 06 months contract with possibility of extension.

Start: Targeting August 2024

Summary:

The AI Program Management team is seeking a program coordinator to plan, coordinate, and track operational processes to support the execution of AI programs. The program coordinator will play a key role in the logistical operations and execution of cross-functional multi-stakeholder programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Support all execution-related tasks in order to deliver programs. Illustrative tasks might include:

• coordinate contract submission, payment processing, and vendor onboarding,
• manage team project tracking tools

Partner with cross-functional teams within ***.

Required Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong project management skills, including building tracking tools to manage budget, timelines, and workflow.
• Strong technical skills in google suite (docs, sheets, etc)
• Contract Submission/Execution Experience – Please note this is not a Contract Negotiation/Contract Review Role.
• Payment (PO) Processing, Payment Creation
• Vendor/Contract Onboarding

Preferred Skills:

Experience coordinating contracting processes and building efficient operational workflows

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years professional experience
