Job Description:


Products & Automation


As a Products & Automation team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, you will work closely with members of the various teams to develop enhanced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) management offerings for our clients. With a desire to learn and grow your knowledge of GRC processes and technology, you will assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of UI components/widgets and scripts to improve the user experience and expand functionality of the Archer platform. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the development of test automation of multiple products offered by the Product & Automation team, provide support for Crowe Archer hosting, and document user guides and test scripts.

Required Qualifications:


  1. We are seeking college students pursuing academic degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable major.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  3. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar version control & CI/CD applications
  4. Excellent JavaScript and JSON skills
  5. Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including jQuery, Angular, CSS, HTML, etc.
  6. Experience designing and developing front-end automated test suites with Selenium, Cypress, or similar
  7. Experience working with REST APIs
  8. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
  9. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  10. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
  11. Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  1. Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS
  2. Proficiency with XML
  3. Familiarity with writing SQL Queries
  4. Experience working with networks and firewalls
  5. Experience with Spring Boot applications
  6. Experience working with SOAP APIs
  7. System administrator experience with GRC systems, such as Archer, ServiceNow, Onspring, Predict360, or ProcessUnity

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28.00 to $38.00 hourly.
