The Production Clerk Specialist processes transactions related to Finished Goods Production. Research, structures, and produces information concerning Production consumption and output.

Must be able to work in a minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

What You Will Do

• Collecting data from Just Food to prepare a production balancing report, which includes FG quantities, RM quantities used, bad bags, fruit waste, bad boxes
• Adjust FG partials, RM, and FG returns on Just Food as needed
• Extract, review, and prepare a summary of data generated by databases and reporting tools
• Format data from various sources to prepare draft reports for review by senior management on a daily and weekly basis
• Reconcile all data of all productions for which the work order is not balanced in coordination with the production, warehouse, and inventory control team
• Compile tables, charts, graphs, and summary statistics for integration and reporting
• Provide concise information for daily operations
• Assist in documenting, optimizing, and automating processes where possible
• Responsible for the validation and accounting of work orders on Just Food
• Participate in the preparation of new box printing files and the correction of old files on Clarisoft
