The Production Artist at Lipari Foods is responsible for assisting in creating and maintaining the Lipari brand through advertising and promotional materials and is an important member of the Marketing team. On-going projects include weekly and monthly flyers, brochures, photo editing, and maintaining creative assets. The production artist is also responsible for producing additional marketing materials based on approved creative concepts, such as trade show materials, print & digital advertising, retail point of sale, etc. Organization and formatting of image files, preparing final artwork and uploading files for print production is also required.

The ideal candidate must be an independent, energetic, and out-of-the-box individual with the ability to multitask and coordinate many projects at once. Team work and communication skills are necessary to coordinate the multitude of projects with the directors, managers, vendors and senior leadership within the organization. Lipari Foods is a very fast-paced environment and best-suited to the individual looking to have creative freedoms while achieving corporate objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assemble Adobe In-design, Illustrator and Photoshop files for print
• Create high resolution PDF artwork and upload to printers
• Responsible for organizing with servers retrieving photo and copy
• Able to add design flair to projects
• Photo retouching and color correction
• Responsible for using the camera to take photos of product and download photos in the system.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• 2-5+ years of design experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Expert level expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong proficiency with Mac Platform
• Above-average experience with Microsoft Office for Mac Suite
