Portfolio Coordinator, ETEN Innovation Lab with Mission Mutual

Organizational Vision

We believe the ETEN All Access Goals are worth accomplishing; not for the sake of accomplishing a goal, but because the urgency to move into every neighborhood through The Word in every tribe, nation, and people group is clear

Organizational Mission

Test the untested, prove the unproven, equip the unequipped, and advance the things that cannot advance without special attention and intentionality, for the achievement of the All-Access Goals

Organizational Values

  1. We root all our work in prayer and move at the prompting of the Holy Spirit
  2. It’s all about the All-Access Goals; other issues are important, but we discipline ourselves to continuously ask if our work will help achieve the All-Access Goals
  3. We are a team of drivers; all committed to leading and ensuring momentum in our respective areas of responsibility.
  4. We are team players. We form a robust, mutually supportive team. We value honesty, integrity, mutual challenge, and loyalty to each other. We are in this together.
  5. We are ‘all-in’. This is a no-holds-barred commitment, free from agency allegiance and other organizational responsibilities.
  6. We focus on what we have collectively decided to do; we have relatively narrow ‘swimlanes’ and we stick to them.
  7. We prioritize regular times to meet in-person.
