Job Summary

The Photo Shoot Producer will be an integral part of the creative team working directly with the Creative Director and Art Director to produce high quality productions and experiences that are consistent with Lulus’ brand vision and identity. This role demands a skilled, and highly organized producer with prior fashion production and on set experience. This role will be responsible for producing, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, sourcing & scouting locations, crew management, sample coordination and impeccable cross departmental communication. The ideal candidate is a natural leader on set and has demonstrated the ability to work within approved budgets and timelines as well as an eye for recognizing new talent and trends.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director in producing high quality content and experiences that represent the Lulus brand vision.

• Work closely with the Creative team to effectively plan and execute the creative vision behind each shoot.

• Manage and own production calendar and keep open communication with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within committed deadlines.

• Direct shoot day logistics and act as on-set point of contact for crew and talent as well as timekeeper to ensure the shoot day progresses on schedule.

• Manage pre and post-production schedules.

• Responsible for booking locations, permits, crew, talent, travel and lodging, equipment, rentals, and all other logistics for studio or location productions.

• Establish a pool of qualified external talent for photography, video, HMU, set stylists, wardrobe stylists and production assistants.

• Manage creative development budgets and forecasts in partnership with the Creative Director and Art Director.

• Work closely with the Booking Manager for talent coordination.

• Manage usage rights for all productions as needed.

• Manage sample tracking for all creative shoots.

• Negotiate contract work and pricing with vendors and external creative partners as needed.

• Create and manage shot lists.

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years of photo production experience.

• Previous experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the photo industry.

• You are up to date on the latest creative trends.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple high priority projects on time and within budget.

• Self-motivated and able to communicate production progress and collaborate with the Creative team to implement changes quickly.

• Creative and out-of-the box thinker.

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative nature.

• Travel as needed.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
