Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Case Negotiator at the Law Offices of Garret A. Lungin located in Sherman Oaks, California. As a Personal Injury Case Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to attorneys during litigation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in personal injury law or insurance claims management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to personal injury cases
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligible candidates MUST be Spanish speaking, and
