Job Summary
The People and Culture Partner will manage and provide support for various P&C programs. This role will focus on the areas of performance management, onboarding, and new hire training, human resources compliance, associate records, leaves of absence, associate engagement and recognition, HRIS (human resource information system) management, and the ability to provide guidance to associates across all functional P&C areas.
Essential Job Functions

- Maintain job description database and keep them up to date.
- Conduct new hire onboarding, assist with benefits enrollment and training,
- Conduct new hire and ongoing pulse interviews including 30 and 90-day check-ins.
- Schedule 75-day pulse interviews with EVP, People and Culture and the associate's manager.
- Patriciate in the creation and execution of all people and culture policies, processes, and guidelines; including educating and ensuring adherence.
- Drive and participate in all associate engagements including co-facilitating the Engagement Committee and annual recognition initiatives.
- Help plan and coordinate activities such as the annual company meeting, charity drives, employee recognition events, etc.
- Manage and assist with all LOA issues as needed, which include but are not limited to FMLA/CFRA/ADA and disability paperwork, tracking, and follow-up.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual P&C dashboard reporting in Ninety.io.
- Assist with data management and associate file maintenance, including daily data maintenance in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and maintaining
Ninety.io.
- Manage the annual associate performance process including opening conversations, removing conversations for any associate exits during the cycle, tracking and reporting
on the completion of conversations, and maintaining all files.
- Manage the quarterly conversations including opening conversations, removing conversations for any associate who exits during the quarter, tracking and reporting on
the completion of conversations, and maintaining all files.
- Complete employment verifications.
- Be a great Teammate, helping to continuously improve our processes, policies, and programs.
- Prepare associate separation notices, unemployment claims, and related documents.
- Support the implementation of all HR programs, communications, and other relevant initiatives.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Maintain People and Culture Email Inbox assisting with day-to-day associate inquiries, including policies, procedures, PTO, Benefits, etc., and escalate as needed.
- Maintenance of the Fortified Swag store including account balances, in-office stock, ordering business cards, etc.
- Coordinates daily benefits processing including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Prepares and reconciles benefit plan invoices for processing.
Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience
- BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in talent management/human resources.
- HRIS experience required.
