Job Description:

If so, we want you to join our team as the Payroll Technology Manager. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement, overseeing the governance, service delivery, and maintenance of our US Payroll & Timekeeping technologies.

As the lead, your expertise in operations, technical know-how, and project management will drive us to exceed organizational objectives. Collaboration is key, as you work cross-functionally and across complex businesses to manage and enhance our Payroll & Timekeeping technologies at an enterprise level. Your Responsibilities
 

  • As part of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to mentor and inspire a team of 2, fostering their growth and development. Manage resource planning and prioritization of work.
  • Act as the point of contact for US payroll technology escalations and issue resolution.
  • Lead team to develop standard work and streamlined processes. Identify, establish, and track key operational metrics - monitoring team effectiveness and proposing solutions for improvement.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects to include business case development, project planning and management, requirements gathering, functional specification documentation, solution design, test planning, test execution, status updates, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Manage technology maintenance, upgrades, and releases, ensuring communication to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the technical expert for ADP, engaging with vendor partners and recommending best practices.
  • Build presentations and turn data into simple stories or dashboards digestible by peers, business partners and senior leadership.
  • Uphold audit and data privacy controls according to internal policies and guidelines.

     

Your Experience:

In this role, you will need:
 

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8 years of relevant experience; experience implementing payroll platform
  • 2+ years managing a team
  • Proven experience with ADP mainframe products: EV5/6, Enterprise and/or eTIME
  • Must be willing to travel domestically up to 15-20% of the time

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $120k-$160k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
