Looking to speak with an experienced Patient Liason for an amazing opportunity in a hospital setting assisting the Arabic-speaking community.

Duration: 13-week contract position with a possibility to extend

Location: Manhattan but will be required to travel

Schedule: must be flexible (3-5 days a week)

Required:

1+ years of experience

Speak Arabic, with a preference for Turkish speakers

Covid Vaccinated and Boosted

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patients in person or on the phone, and enters their demographic information in the department management system

Escorts patients to and from appointments as needed

Collects or retrieves financial approval as required

May issue reminder phone calls for appointments

Provide patients with guidelines for requesting medical documents

Will be required to visit approximately 2-3 hospitals in the same borough daily
