Job Description:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Partner Strategy and Program Marketing Manager in Redmond, WA. Duties Include:

  1. Partner Strategy and Program Marketing Manager will develop and grow program strategy from ground up with a crawl, walk, run approach
  2. Grow from drip marketing MVP during first 6 months working towards developing and landing nurture campaigns within 12-18 months
  3. Create plans and read-out to business stakeholders and leaders within marketing
  4. Build and execute email programs supporting the customer relationship
  5. Become an expert on email channel execution and build email campaigns in partnership with execution team
  6. Lead and participate in pilots on support innovation and improvements
  7. Forecast metrics in partnership with customer journey and analytics team and execute to meet targets
  8. As a Partner Strategy and Program Marketing Manager, you will create MBR content to share with partners and stakeholders
  9. Partner closely with the Customer Journey lead and other channel leads to create a comprehensive and customer-driven journey to meet business needs
  10. Act as a SME on both customer insights and channel insights for Windows Pro within Commercial Digital Experiences

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field and 5-7+ year(s) of integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience; Or equivalent experience
  2. At least 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role
  3. Experience in creating executive presentations and white papers
  4. Experience with building campaign strategy within marketing channels (ex.: In-product, email, etc.) and driving execution
  5. Knowledge of b2b modern marketing and marketing automation
  6. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
  7. Customer experience champion - Focus to improve customer experience, gain efficiencies and improve performance
  8. Virtual team leadership - Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and networking/relationship management
  9. Cross functional team leadership - Ability to work with stakeholders from different orgs, and levels
  10. Executive presence/communication - Ability to get executive buy-in on strategy and report upwards
  11. Influence without authority - Understand stakeholder motivations and drive to goals without direct authority
  12. Strategic thinking but also detail oriented - Ability to keep an eye on big picture strategy but execute on details
  13. Customer obsessed mindset - Ability holding the customer experience at a high bar and representing their voice
  14. Executing with precision- Ability to own high visibility marketing activities need thorough planning and focused execution
  15. Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  16. Ability to work independently and manage one's time


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
