We are a luxury beauty and lifestyle company seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter). You’ll collaborate with our team and content creators to craft engaging campaigns, run ads, and grow our online community. This role is ideal for someone creative, strategic, and results-driven who enjoys working in the beauty and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X.
  2. Collaborate with our internal team and content creators on campaigns, promotions, and content planning.
  3. Create and manage paid ads to increase brand reach, engagement, and qualified leads.
  4. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content strategies.
  5. Grow followers, improve engagement rates, and generate leads through social media.
  6. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  2. Strong track record in social media advertising and lead generation.
  3. Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven growth strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Creative eye for brand storytelling and content trends.
  6. Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred.
  7. Location Preference: Candidates based in New York or New Jersey are strongly preferred.
