Role Overview

As a Paid Search Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and analyzing paid search (PPC) campaigns, primarily across Google and Microsoft Ads. By directly collaborating with a Senior Paid Search Strategist, you’ll maximize campaign effectiveness and provide actionable, data-driven insights that directly influence client growth and success.


What You'll Do

  1. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch, manage, and refine Paid Search campaigns, optimizing ad relevance, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  2. Performance Monitoring & Strategy: Thoroughly analyze key KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, CPC, account metrics) to drive sustained performance improvements.
  3. Collaboration: Craft and present campaign reports, participate in client meetings, and coordinate with creative teams for high-impact ad assets.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Keep current on paid search trends, test new strategies, and recommend improvements to internal processes.


Requirements

  1. 1+ years of demonstrable paid search experience – agency background preferred
  2. Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube)
  3. Strong analytics skills using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms
  4. Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bid optimization
  5. Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign reporting
  6. Confident interacting with colleagues and clients using digital collaboration tools
  7. Organized, proactive, self-motivated, and adept at managing competing priorities
  8. Google Ads Certification (preferred)
  9. Familiarity with Paid Social campaigns is a plus

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000
