Marketing Manager (Bilingual in Chinese)

POSITION PROFILE

We are seeking a team player with high personal standards, energy, integrity, and a strong dedicated work ethic to contribute new ideas and perspectives to enhance our exciting growth process. The Marketing Manager oversees and executes our marketing strategies for both our eCommerce and retail businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing marketing campaigns, online advertising, and social media. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implement marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate and manage campaigns across diverse markets.

Position: Full Time

Schedule: 5 days a week, 9am – 5pm

Location: Alameda, CA (Hybrid work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both eCommerce and retail channels.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Oversee and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including traditional and digital advertising, to support overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives in both eCommerce and retail environments.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in online advertising, including Amazon, PPC, social media ads, and content marketing.
  • Bilingual in Chinese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering results within set parameters.
