OutScout is partnering with the founders of a cutting-edge headcount intelligence platform to hire a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale their innovative product.

About the Product: This platform leverages AI to analyze and enhance workforce productivity for engineering teams. It provides deep insights into team dynamics and individual contributions, helping engineers gain visibility, align goals, boost performance, and maximize the value of an organization’s most critical asset—its people.

About the Team: The founder has a track record of success, having led a venture that was acquired by private equity. You’d be joining the company at its Seed stage as one of the first 5 software engineers, playing a crucial role in building and scaling the product. The team is based in Manhattan, offering the chance to work closely with experienced leaders.

Tech Stack: They are open to engineers from various technical backgrounds, such as Java, Python, Go, and more. The platform will primarily use Python and machine learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, making it a great fit for those with experience or interest in AI/ML.

Compensation:

1. Competitive base salary ranging from $150K-$275K, depending on experience.
2. Up to 2% equity in the company.
