Job Summary:

• This role will be focusing on implementing a new operating unit in Oracle ERP. This will include managing a 3rd party vendor to configure the software as well as several corporate teams which have integrations to the system as part of the project.
• Role will include project management for the implementation and acting as a liaison between the business functional owners and the other teams to verify all items are correctly configured and tested prior to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and deliver product requirements by balancing customer need with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt
• Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal customers
• Partner with functional owner to define fit/gap for requirements, work with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure desired outcomes, on time delivery, within scope and budget and of desired quality
• Essential project management practices are followed and improved as needed
• Collaborate with business and functional partners to identify risks and any updates to scope
• Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills
• Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors
• Work with cross-functional (process, design, build, test) teams to deliver
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events for Field Services projects
• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
• Create and collect documentation for knowledge transfer

Qualifications:

• Four year Bachelor’s Degree from accredited College or University
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Technical Project Management
• Experience with Oracle ERP project/program management
