Razor is looking for a Sr Level Oracle Forms Developer to work on a 100% remote federal government contract. Long Term opportunity with our federal government partners supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will go through and receive an Active Public Trust Security Clearance, fingerprinting and background check. The role is 36-40hours per week with an average of 8 hours time off of billing per month and the yearly budgeted hours for this program is managed by the US Federal Government and Razor.

Work Authorizations required: GC, GC EAD and US C

8+ years total experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineer, etc.

Must have lived in the US for the last 4 years straight

No travel outside the US over 90 consecutive days.

No Upcoming travel plans for the year 2025.

Technical Skills:

1. Experience implementing the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) using Oracle Products in an Oracle Forms application
2. Experience with Oracle WebLogic server and other Oracle products that supports the MFA implementation
3. Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML for secure user authentication, configure Oracle Identify Management (OIM) or Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to support MFA.
4. Proficiency in setting up SSL/TLS for secure communication
5. Experience/Familiarity with deploying Oracle Forms applications and configuring authentication methods.
6. Familiarity with Oracle Forms
7. Basic experience with PL/SQL queries, stored procedure, functions, triggers and packages and SQL.

Experience requirements (Must have):

1. Hands-on experience in implementing the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)/Single Sign-on (SSO)
2. Hands-on Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML for secure user authentication
3. Ability to configure Oracle Identify Management (OIM) or Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to support MFA
4. Hands-on Experience with Oracle WebLogic server, OIM and OAM required for the MFA implementation.
5. Hands-on Experience in setting up SSL/TLS for secure communication

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)/Single Sign-on in the existing Oracle Forms system
2. Upgrading the existing 12c Oracle Forms and Oracle WebLogic/Forms servers to the latest version
3. Implement the role based changes in the system to comply with the MFA requirement accordingly
4. Collaborate with the authentication service provider in integrating the system with the MFA implementation
5. Collaborate with business analysts/Stakeholders to gather requirements related to MFA
